Summer Bartholomew is an American former model and television personality. She was born on November 20, 1951 in Merced, California. Bartholomew is best known for her role as the hostess of the popular game show "Sale of the Century" from 1983 to 1989.
Before becoming a television personality, Bartholomew was a successful model, appearing in ads for brands such as Revlon and Clairol. She also worked as a spokeswoman for several companies and appeared in numerous TV commercials.
In addition to her work on "Sale of the Century", Bartholomew also co-hosted the first season of the daytime talk show "The Home Show" and appeared on game shows such as "Password Plus" and "The $25,000 Pyramid".
After retiring from television, Bartholomew became a successful real estate agent in southern California. She currently resides in California with her husband.
